【摘要】：居民幸福感對(duì)社會(huì)的"共享式"與可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。以新疆為例,從經(jīng)濟(jì)包容、生活與消費(fèi)、公共服務(wù)、公共安全及生存環(huán)境幸福度五方面構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用熵權(quán)TOPSIS及GIS定量分析2005~2014年新疆居民幸福指數(shù)。研究表明:整體上,居民幸福指數(shù)緩中有穩(wěn),穩(wěn)中有進(jìn),呈遞增趨勢(shì);從地域來(lái)看,南北疆居民幸福指數(shù)的均值均以穩(wěn)步提升的態(tài)勢(shì)協(xié)同并進(jìn);從分類幸福度來(lái)看,經(jīng)濟(jì)包容幸福度、公共服務(wù)幸福度與總體居民幸福度呈"磨合型"態(tài)勢(shì),其它分類幸福度與其呈波動(dòng)"倒掛型"態(tài)勢(shì);從空間布局來(lái)看,新疆各地州幸福指數(shù)呈現(xiàn)"大聚集,小連片,微散落"的空間分布態(tài)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The well-being of residents is of great significance to the social sharing and sustainable development. Taking Xinjiang as an example, the evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects: economic tolerance, life and consumption, public service, public security and the degree of happiness of living environment. The entropy TOPSIS and GIS are used to analyze the happiness index of Xinjiang residents from 2005 to 2014. The results show that: on the whole, the residents' happiness index is stable, steady and progressive, showing an increasing trend; from the geographical point of view, the average value of the residents' happiness index in the northern and southern Xinjiang is in the form of a steady increase in coordination; from the perspective of classified happiness, The economic tolerance happiness, the public service happiness and the overall resident happiness show the "running-in" trend, the other categories of happiness show the fluctuation "upside down" trend; from the spatial layout, the happiness index of all the states in Xinjiang shows a "large aggregation." Small piece, micro scattered "spatial distribution situation."
