【摘要】：社會治理創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展,引發(fā)了多元主體結(jié)構(gòu)對單一結(jié)構(gòu)的突破與超越。但在實(shí)踐中,多元主體間關(guān)系的失衡與理論上的預(yù)設(shè)形成巨大差異。因此,有必要對當(dāng)下社會治理創(chuàng)新中主體間關(guān)系進(jìn)行反思,并且這種反思的邏輯應(yīng)當(dāng)是以政府角色和行為的重新認(rèn)知為關(guān)鍵。在此基礎(chǔ)上,展開價(jià)值定位、利益調(diào)整、責(zé)任跟進(jìn)、制度完善等四個(gè)維度上的探索,才是應(yīng)有的主體間關(guān)系形塑路徑。
[Abstract]:The development of social governance innovation leads to the breakthrough and transcendence of multi-subject structure to single structure. However, in practice, the imbalance between the multiple subjects and the theoretical presupposition is very different. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on the relationship between the subjects in the current social governance innovation, and the logic of this reflection should be based on the re-cognition of the role and behavior of the government. On this basis, the exploration of four dimensions, such as value orientation, benefit adjustment, responsibility follow-up and system perfection, is the proper way to shape the relationship between subjects.
