【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為人們生活中必不可少的一部分,宗教在當代的繼續(xù)存在與發(fā)展,要順應時代潮流——通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行傳播。而宗教的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播給我國的宗教事務管理帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),現(xiàn)有的宗教事務管理方面的法律、法規(guī),管不了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)催生出來的網(wǎng)絡宗教事務。因此,與網(wǎng)上宗教傳播相對應的宗教事務應該怎么管已經(jīng)成為一個亟待解決的現(xiàn)實問題。對網(wǎng)上宗教傳播對應的宗教事務管理進行研究,是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播與傳統(tǒng)傳播的對比切入,指出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播對傳統(tǒng)傳播的變革,同時通過CRS調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)指出我國宗教界使用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的現(xiàn)狀。通過各宗教對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用情況結合我國宗教事務管理所包含的內(nèi)容從而深入進行思考,不難發(fā)現(xiàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用給宗教事務管理帶來的了新的挑戰(zhàn)。在闡述宗教事務管理面臨的挑戰(zhàn)時,主要從現(xiàn)行《宗教事務管理》及相關法律法規(guī)的不適應、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上宗教場所管理、宗教出版物的編印管理、宗教教職人員的資格認定、境外勢力通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行宗教滲透五個方面來講述,通過對這些問題分析,并做出相應的對策思考,指出我國現(xiàn)行《宗教事務條例》需要修訂的部分,并提出個人的修訂建議。對宗教的網(wǎng)站審批、宗教教職人員網(wǎng)上傳教的資格認定、宗教內(nèi)部資料上傳到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的審核以及抵御境外勢力通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對我國的滲透等也提出個人思考建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life. The continued existence and development of religion in the contemporary era should conform to the trend of the times-spread through the Internet. The Internet dissemination of religion has brought unprecedented challenges to the management of religious affairs in our country. The existing laws and regulations on the management of religious affairs cannot manage the Internet religious affairs. Therefore, how to manage religious affairs corresponding to online religious communication has become a practical problem to be solved. The research on the management of religious affairs corresponding to online religious communication is based on the contrast between Internet communication and traditional communication, and points out that Internet communication has changed traditional communication. At the same time, through the CRS survey data points out the status quo of the use of the Internet in China's religious community. It is easy to find that the use of the Internet brings new challenges to the management of religious affairs by combining the use of the Internet with the contents contained in the management of religious affairs in our country, and it is not difficult to find out that the use of the Internet has brought new challenges to the management of religious affairs. In expounding the challenges faced by the management of religious affairs, it is mainly from the inadaptability of the current "Administration of religious Affairs" and related laws and regulations, the management of religious sites on the Internet, the management of the compilation and printing of religious publications, and the qualification of religious clerics. Through the analysis of these problems and the corresponding countermeasures, the author points out the parts that need to be revised in China's current religious Affairs regulations, and puts forward personal revision suggestions. Personal suggestions are also put forward for the examination and approval of religious websites, for the qualification of religious personnel to preach on the Internet, for the examination of internal religious materials uploaded to the Internet and for the defense against the infiltration of foreign forces into our country through the Internet.
