【摘要】：深度交往是民族團(tuán)結(jié)的基本機(jī)制,這一機(jī)制是通過(guò)制度、組織、習(xí)俗、規(guī)范把民族成員之間的深度交往互動(dòng)固化,建構(gòu)民間組織、全覆蓋的禮俗網(wǎng)絡(luò)、共享價(jià)值觀和節(jié)律性集體行動(dòng)塑造的。由深層交往建構(gòu)的民族團(tuán)結(jié),需要經(jīng)過(guò)分層互動(dòng)、逐層遞進(jìn)的層遞交往過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過(guò)層遞交往實(shí)現(xiàn)民族團(tuán)結(jié),政策思路上要從"社會(huì)的問(wèn)題政府解決"轉(zhuǎn)到"社會(huì)的問(wèn)題社會(huì)力量解決",更多地支持社會(huì)行動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Deep communication is the basic mechanism of national unity. This mechanism is to solidify the deep interaction among ethnic members through institutions, organizations, customs and norms, and to construct a network of civil organizations and customs that cover all ethnic groups. Shared values and rhythmic collective action are shaped. The national unity constructed by deep communication needs to be realized through stratified interaction and progressive communication. In order to realize national unity through hierarchical communication, the policy thinking should be shifted from "solving social problems" to "solving social problems by social forces" and supporting more social actions.
