【摘要】：國家治理可聚焦為官與民、民與民兩組結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的調(diào)適與規(guī)范。官民關(guān)系展現(xiàn)著變革社會中的政治信任,是理解中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型期國家治理進(jìn)路的一個維度。官民關(guān)系困境與政治信任衰微之間因果關(guān)系發(fā)生和演化的邏輯機(jī)理包括:政治信任結(jié)構(gòu)序列的聚合機(jī)理,現(xiàn)代化的社會動員機(jī)理,傳統(tǒng)倫理政治的文化機(jī)理,網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會的信息傳播機(jī)理。這呈現(xiàn)了中國發(fā)展中政治與變革社會中國家治理的特征、面相與軌跡,也規(guī)定了國家治理現(xiàn)代化的兩種進(jìn)路。這兩種進(jìn)路展開的過程,也是形成新型官民關(guān)系、建構(gòu)現(xiàn)代政治信任的過程。
[Abstract]:National governance can focus on the adjustment and regulation of the structural relationship between the officials and the people, the people and the people. The relationship between the officials and the people shows the political trust in the changing society and is a dimension of understanding the governance path of the country in the transitional period of China. The logical mechanism of the causality and evolution between the dilemma of the relationship between the government and the people and the decline of political trust includes: the aggregation mechanism of the sequence of political trust structure, the mechanism of modern social mobilization, the cultural mechanism of traditional ethical politics, The mechanism of information dissemination in network society. This presents the characteristics, faces and tracks of the governance of the state in the developing politics and the changing society of China, and also provides two ways to modernize the governance of the country. The process of these two approaches is also the process of forming a new relationship between government and people and constructing modern political trust.
