【摘要】：經(jīng)濟總是嵌合在社會之中,經(jīng)濟表象的背后有著深刻的文化邏輯。家庭生計的性別分工表面上是實現(xiàn)人力資源配置,追求經(jīng)濟效益的一種手段,然而只有在特有的文化中才能理解其存在的意義。它不僅體現(xiàn)人與自然的互動,也包涵著人與社會以及人與他人的關(guān)系,更是反映對“人”本身的關(guān)注與理解。本文試圖通過對高露村家庭生計的性別分工進行田野考察,分析當?shù)匦詣e分工模式存在的原因及其潛在的文化機制,進而探討性別平等與地方性文化。本文認為,從當?shù)囟弊迦说慕嵌瘸霭l(fā),這種看似不平等的性別分工模式卻合乎“理性”的存在。性別差異使當?shù)厝瞬坏貌蛔裱信皠e”的客觀現(xiàn)實,促進人、生計與自然的和諧共生;作為“精打細算”的小農(nóng),無非在家庭發(fā)展的特定階段,追求經(jīng)濟效益最優(yōu)化罷了,這種人力資源配置實際反映當?shù)厝藢ξ磥淼耐顿Y與期盼;而高露村特有的侗族文化,潛移默化地影響當?shù)厝说姆止ふJ同與選擇,使性別分工得以建構(gòu);此外,當分工和他們的生存與發(fā)展聯(lián)系在一起,特別是在當?shù)氐臍v史記憶中,對代際傳承、生育習(xí)俗和生命倫理的重視使生育變?yōu)殡y以回避的話題,并形成族群意識成為被考慮的事情,分工也必然以此展開。因此,在特定的文化中,應(yīng)當以“文化持有者”的眼光,從差異、主體和話語中理解平等的相對性,從鄉(xiāng)村兩種知識體系中反思鄉(xiāng)土文化存在的意義。
[Abstract]:Economy is always embedded in the society, and there is profound cultural logic behind the appearance of economy. On the surface, the gender division of family livelihood is a means to realize the allocation of human resources and pursue economic benefits. However, only in the unique culture can the meaning of its existence be understood. It reflects not only the interaction between man and nature, but also the relationship between man and society and between man and others, and also reflects the concern and understanding of "man" itself. This paper attempts to analyze the reasons for the existence of the gender division of labor and its potential cultural mechanism through field investigation of the gender division of household livelihood in Gaolu village, and then to explore gender equality and local culture. From the perspective of the local Dong people, this seemingly unequal mode of gender division of labor conforms to the existence of "rationality". Gender differences have forced local people to follow the objective reality of "being different" between men and women, to promote harmony and symbiosis between man, livelihood and nature; as a "budget" smallholder, it is nothing more than to pursue the optimization of economic benefits at a specific stage of family development. This allocation of human resources actually reflects the investment and expectation of the local people in the future. The Dong culture, which is unique to Gaolu Village, has a subtle influence on the identification and selection of the local people's division of labor, so that the gender division of labor can be constructed. When the division of labour is linked to their survival and development, especially in the local historical memory, the emphasis on intergenerational inheritance, fertility customs and bioethics makes fertility an unavoidable topic. And the formation of ethnic consciousness has been considered, the division of labor must also be carried out. Therefore, in a specific culture, we should understand the relativity of equality from the perspective of "cultural holder", from the perspective of difference, subject and discourse, and reflect on the significance of the existence of local culture from the two knowledge systems of rural areas.
