【摘要】：機關事務工作是黨和政府工作的重要組成部分,在統(tǒng)籌推進"五位一體"總體布局和協(xié)調(diào)推進"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局、建設現(xiàn)代政府的歷史進程中,必須深入學習貫徹習近平總書記關于"在戰(zhàn)略籌劃、頂層設計、理論研究上下功夫,大力推動后勤現(xiàn)代化"的指示精神,大力推進機關事務治理方式改革,夯實職能化基礎、彰顯行業(yè)化特性、推進法治化治理、加快標準化建設、推廣信息化運用、提高社會化水平,使制度更加成熟定型,發(fā)展更有質(zhì)量水平,各級黨政機關和人民群眾更有獲得感。
[Abstract]:The work of organ affairs is an important part of the work of the Party and the government. In the historical process of carrying out the overall layout of "five in one" as a whole and promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout in a coordinated manner, we are building a modern government. We must thoroughly study and implement the guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on "making great efforts in strategic planning, top-level design, theoretical research, and vigorously promoting the modernization of logistics," vigorously promote the reform of the mode of administration of organ affairs, and consolidate the functional foundation. To highlight the characteristics of the industry, to promote governance by law, to speed up the construction of standardization, to promote the use of information, to raise the level of socialization, to make the system more mature and finalized, to develop with a higher level of quality, and to make the party and government organs at all levels and the masses of the people feel better.
