【摘要】：隨著信息科技的發(fā)展,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ)的新媒體技術(shù)的廣泛使用是當(dāng)下都市鄰避運(yùn)動(dòng)的重要特征。本文以B市一個(gè)中產(chǎn)階層社區(qū)反建變電站的集體抗?fàn)幨录䴙槔?結(jié)合抗?fàn)幷卫碚摬⒉捎锰摂M民族志的方法,探究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在業(yè)主鄰避運(yùn)動(dòng)中的作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的認(rèn)知?jiǎng)訂T、組織動(dòng)員、情感動(dòng)員以及示范動(dòng)員對(duì)抗?fàn)幮畔⒌膫鞑ズ涂範(fàn)幠芰Φ奶嵘饔蔑@著,從而營造出虛擬抗?fàn)幍目臻g。公眾通過虛擬空間場(chǎng)域中的話語、情感等互動(dòng),增強(qiáng)了業(yè)主的集體認(rèn)同感和凝聚力,為鄰避行動(dòng)者提供了信息公開和討論的虛擬社區(qū)平臺(tái)。同時(shí),業(yè)主通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)賦權(quán)進(jìn)行資源動(dòng)員,有助于增加社區(qū)成員的社會(huì)資本,從而形塑鄰避運(yùn)動(dòng)的結(jié)果。虛擬抗?fàn)幙臻g與現(xiàn)實(shí)抗?fàn)幙臻g之間的"連線力"孕育著鄰避運(yùn)動(dòng)成功的可能性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the wide use of new media technology based on the Internet is an important feature of the current urban neighborhood avoidance movement. Taking the collective protest event in a middle class community in B city as an example, combining with the theory of resistance politics and adopting the method of virtual ethnography, this paper explores the role of Internet in the movement of owner's neighborhood avoidance. It is found that the cognitive mobilization, organizational mobilization, emotional mobilization and demonstration mobilization of the Internet play a significant role in the dissemination of protest information and the improvement of resistance ability, thus creating a space for virtual protest. Through the interaction of discourse and emotion in the field of virtual space, the public enhances the collective identity and cohesion of the owner, and provides a virtual community platform for the public to open and discuss the information. At the same time, owners can mobilize resources through Internet empowerment, which helps to increase the social capital of community members and shape the results of neighborhood avoidance campaign. The "connecting force" between virtual protest space and real resistance space breeds the possibility of the success of neighborhood avoidance movement.
