【摘要】：正全球大數(shù)據(jù)每年以50%的增長(zhǎng)速度增加,在我國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)增長(zhǎng)過程中政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)約占總量的80%,而就目前國(guó)內(nèi)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的利用情況來看,多為簡(jiǎn)單的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和公開,大量有價(jià)值的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)被低估或廢棄,而現(xiàn)今大數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用由科學(xué)研究進(jìn)人到商業(yè)發(fā)展模式,大數(shù)據(jù)逐漸成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的技術(shù)變革需要政府加快創(chuàng)新數(shù)據(jù)的能力,政府通過與企業(yè)合作開發(fā)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的模式,創(chuàng)造出具有市場(chǎng)價(jià)值且可流通的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)資源,推動(dòng)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Big data is increasing at an annual rate of 50% in the world, and government data account for about 80% of the total amount in the growth process of our country. However, in terms of the current utilization of domestic government data, most of them are simple statistics and public data. A large number of valuable government data have been underestimated or abandoned, and now big data is using the model from scientific research to business development, big data has gradually become an important part of the national strategy. The technological change in big data era requires the government to speed up the ability of innovating data. By cooperating with enterprises to develop the model of government data, the government creates government data resources with market value and can circulate, and promotes the development of government data industry.
