【摘要】：界定國家治理的涵義是研究國家治理問題的前提。當前學界在界定國家治理的涵義上,存在著簡單移植和生搬硬套的傾向,表現為國家治理的主體不明確,并將其與統(tǒng)治簡單對立。只有通過對這些問題進行深入分析,論證國家是國家治理的唯一主體,并運用馬克思主義的國家理論論述國家治理的目標、手段和客體等要素,才能對國家治理涵義予以科學的界定,由此進一步理清國家治理的運行層次和權力流向等問題,進而找到推進國家治理現代化的途徑。
[Abstract]:Defining the meaning of national governance is the premise of studying the problem of national governance. At present, there is a tendency of simple transplantation and mechanization in defining the meaning of national governance, which shows that the main body of state governance is not clear, and it is simply opposed to the rule. Only through the in-depth analysis of these problems, to prove that the state is the only main body of state governance, and to use Marxist state theory to discuss the objectives, means and objects of state governance and other elements, Only then can the meaning of national governance be scientifically defined, so as to further clarify the operational level of national governance and the direction of power flow, and find a way to promote the modernization of national governance.
