金州新區(qū)基層公務員工作倦怠調(diào)查與對策研究

【摘要】:中國正處在偉大的社會變革時期,政府承擔著的重要變革歷史重任,只有通過不斷的深化改革,才能解決我國當前在各個方面所面臨的問題;只有通過不斷的創(chuàng)新才能使整個國家煥發(fā)出新的活力,使國家發(fā)展達到新的高度,創(chuàng)造中華民族新的歷史。當前我國政府正在積極努力地推進在各方面和領(lǐng)域的改革,國家政府承擔的改革重任要求政府的各級行政機關(guān)必須是高效地改革推進和執(zhí)行單位,然而因為長久以來的歷史原因造成了我國公務員這個群體普遍存在辦事效率不高,責任感不強,不敢勇于任事的工作倦怠的情況。能否解決公務員的工作倦怠問題,不但關(guān)系到公務員個人的發(fā)展和成長,更直接關(guān)系到我國這次歷史性改革的成敗。由此可見重視公務員的工作倦怠問題,通過有效的方法去緩解公務員的工作倦怠問題,已經(jīng)是我們面臨的刻不容緩的重要任務。本研究以金州新區(qū)十二個基層單位的公務員為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查法對295名金州新區(qū)的基層公務員進行實測,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果對金州新區(qū)基層公務員工作倦怠的整體狀況進行了描述性分析,并對不同社會人口特征的公務員工作倦怠狀況進行了比較分析,探索影響金州新區(qū)基層公務員工作倦怠的相關(guān)因素。將影響金州新區(qū)基層公務員工作倦怠的主要因素歸結(jié)為個人因素、職業(yè)因素以及組織因素三個方面。本文最后,筆者根據(jù)研究結(jié)果分別從個人層面、職業(yè)層面和組織層面提出了解決金州新區(qū)基層公務員工作倦怠問題的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:China is in a period of great social change, the government is shouldering an important historical responsibility of change, only through the deepening of reform, can we solve the current problems in all aspects of our country; Only through constant innovation can the whole country radiate new vitality, make the country develop to a new height, and create a new history of the Chinese nation. At present, our government is actively working to promote reform in various fields and fields. The important task of reform undertaken by the national government requires that the administrative organs at all levels of the government must be highly effective units for reform, promotion and implementation. However, because of the long historical reasons, the civil servants in our country generally exist the situation of job burnout, which is inefficient, not responsible, and dare not dare to serve. Whether we can solve the problem of civil servants' job burnout is not only related to the development and growth of civil servants, but also directly related to the success or failure of this historic reform of our country. Therefore, it is an urgent task for us to pay attention to the problem of job burnout of civil servants and to alleviate the problem of job burnout of civil servants through effective methods. In this study, the civil servants of 12 grass-roots units in Jinzhou New District were chosen as the research objects, 295 grass-roots civil servants in Jinzhou New District were measured by questionnaire survey. According to the results of the investigation, this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the overall situation of job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants in Jinzhou New District, and makes a comparative analysis of the job burnout of civil servants with different social and demographic characteristics. To explore the related factors affecting job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Jinzhou New District. The main factors affecting the job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Jinzhou New District are personal factors, professional factors and organizational factors. Finally, according to the research results, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of job burnout of grass-roots civil servants in Jinzhou New District from the personal level, professional level and organizational level.
