【摘要】：住房消費之于農(nóng)民個體和農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展均具有重要意義,且因直接關(guān)系農(nóng)村消費潛力的有效釋放而在新常態(tài)下有其特殊意義。從實踐來看,農(nóng)村住房消費雖已取得積極進展,但仍存在突出問題。在新常態(tài)下,若要解決現(xiàn)存問題以有效推進農(nóng)村住房消費,亟需強化政府干預,即通過政府對農(nóng)村住房消費的適時、適度干預以充分發(fā)揮其對于農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的推動作用。具體來說,需規(guī)范農(nóng)村住房建設管理,加強農(nóng)村住房消費政府保障,強化農(nóng)村住房消費金融支持。
[Abstract]:Housing consumption is of great significance to the development of farmers' individual and rural social economy, and has its special significance under the new normal because of its direct relation to the effective release of rural consumption potential. From the practical point of view, rural housing consumption has made positive progress, but there are still outstanding problems. In the new normal, if we want to solve the existing problems in order to effectively promote the rural housing consumption, we need to strengthen the government intervention, that is, through the government to the rural housing consumption timely, moderate intervention in order to give full play to the promotion of rural social and economic development. Specifically, it is necessary to standardize the management of rural housing construction, strengthen the government guarantee of rural housing consumption, and strengthen the financial support of rural housing consumption.
