【摘要】：正強化政府發(fā)言人和政府網(wǎng)站管理者的權(quán)利和義務(wù),明確政府發(fā)言人和政府網(wǎng)站管理者的法律責(zé)任,對于我國政府信息公開制度的貫徹落實具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實意義。最近,國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《政府網(wǎng)站發(fā)展指引》,要求政府網(wǎng)站對發(fā)布的信息和數(shù)據(jù)進行科學(xué)分類、及時更新,確保準確權(quán)威,便于公眾使用。《政府網(wǎng)站發(fā)展指引》還特別規(guī)定,政府網(wǎng)
[Abstract]:Strengthening the rights and obligations of government spokesmen and government website managers and clarifying the legal responsibilities of government spokesmen and government website managers are of great practical significance to the implementation of the system of government information disclosure in our country.
