【摘要】：機(jī)關(guān)后勤服務(wù)社會化改革是后勤體制改革的重要內(nèi)容。本文剖析了機(jī)關(guān)后勤服務(wù)社會化改革三十多年來取得成功的內(nèi)在原因,分析了今后一段時(shí)間深化改革的重要性和必要性及面臨的主要問題,研究提出了深化改革的一些思考和建議,認(rèn)為需要樹立現(xiàn)代機(jī)關(guān)后勤新理念,明確機(jī)關(guān)后勤組織機(jī)構(gòu)及其功能定位,建立服務(wù)運(yùn)行新機(jī)制,關(guān)注風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,推進(jìn)"智慧后勤"的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The socialization reform of organ logistics service is the important content of logistics system reform.This paper analyzes the internal reasons for the success of the socialization reform of organ logistics service in the past thirty years, and analyzes the importance, necessity and main problems of deepening the reform in the future.This paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions to deepen the reform, and thinks that it is necessary to set up a new concept of modern organ logistics, to define the organization and function of organ logistics, to establish a new mechanism of service operation, and to pay attention to risk management.To promote the construction of "intelligent logistics".
