【摘要】：正隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展和利益的日漸多元化,公共決策與民意間的矛盾在一些地區(qū)和部門(mén)不斷上演。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部在制定公共政策或?qū)嵤⿷?zhàn)略計(jì)劃時(shí),科學(xué)把握決策價(jià)值、掌握政策工具、增進(jìn)公眾支持度,是當(dāng)前新常態(tài)下提升黨和政府公信力的必由之路。一、廣東茂名"PX事件"引發(fā)的思考廣東茂名某PX項(xiàng)目是當(dāng)?shù)卣畼O力推崇的一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,但仍然沒(méi)有擺脫以往PX項(xiàng)目遭遇民眾強(qiáng)力反對(duì)的
[Abstract]:With the development of the society and the increasing diversification of interests, the contradiction between public decision and public opinion is constantly staged in some regions and departments.It is the only way to enhance the credibility of the Party and the government under the new normal condition that leading cadres should scientifically grasp the value of decision-making, master the policy tools and enhance the degree of public support when making public policies or implementing strategic plans.Pondering over the "PX incident" in Maoming, Guangdong Province: a PX project in Maoming, Guangdong, is a project that the local government highly admires, but it still has not escaped the strong opposition of the public to the PX project in the past.
