【摘要】：現(xiàn)今社會(huì),中國(guó)面臨著多形態(tài)的社會(huì)救助問(wèn)題,解決問(wèn)題主要依靠于政府來(lái)承擔(dān)主導(dǎo)性責(zé)任,但并不意味著就應(yīng)該由政府包攬社會(huì)救助的全部責(zé)任與任務(wù)。我國(guó)應(yīng)借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家成熟的社會(huì)救助體系,推行主體多元化的發(fā)展,大力支持民間組織、社會(huì)團(tuán)體和私人機(jī)構(gòu)等非政府組織參與到社會(huì)救助事業(yè)中,借助非政府組織等社會(huì)力量,建立社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與機(jī)制。論文對(duì)社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與機(jī)制的基本理論予以研究,分析我國(guó)社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與現(xiàn)狀,介紹發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與機(jī)制及對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示,提出了完善我國(guó)社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與機(jī)制的對(duì)策,本文研究社會(huì)救助中非政府組織參與機(jī)制,旨在促進(jìn)非政府組織發(fā)展、完善非政府組織參與社會(huì)救助的能力,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In today's society, China is faced with various forms of social assistance, and the solution mainly depends on the government to assume the leading responsibility. However, it does not mean that the government should take over all the responsibilities and tasks of social assistance. China should draw lessons from the mature social assistance system of the developed countries in the West, carry out diversified development of the main body, and vigorously support non-governmental organizations. Non-governmental organizations, such as social groups and private organizations, are involved in the cause of social assistance, drawing on social forces such as non-governmental organizations, The paper studies the basic theory of the social assistance non-governmental organization participation mechanism, and analyzes the current situation of social assistance non-governmental organization participation in our country. This paper introduces the participation mechanism of non-governmental organizations in social assistance in developed countries and its enlightenment to our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the participation mechanism of non-governmental organizations in social assistance in China. This paper studies the participation mechanism of non-governmental organizations in social assistance. The aim is to promote the development of non-governmental organizations and improve the ability of non-governmental organizations to participate in social assistance, thus promoting the development of social harmony and stability.
