多級多受災點連續(xù)消耗應急物資調度優(yōu)化策略

【摘要】:災后應急救助十分關鍵,特別是多地同時受災情況下.為此,考慮將災民安置與物資運輸一體化規(guī)劃,建立連續(xù)消耗多級應急物資調配數(shù)學模型.在此基礎上,以應急系統(tǒng)施救成本和施救不及時損失為目標函數(shù)構建優(yōu)化模型,并應用遺傳算法(GA)和序列線性規(guī)劃(SLP)算法相結合策略對物資調配進行優(yōu)化.構造四級救災物資調配算例模擬救災過程.數(shù)值結果表明,使用GA全局尋優(yōu)結合SLP局部尋優(yōu)策略相較單一優(yōu)化算法能有效找到更優(yōu)解.所提出的優(yōu)化策略可為災后多級多受災點連續(xù)消耗應急物資調度提供可行方案.
[Abstract]:Emergency relief after disaster is very important, especially in the case of multiple disasters at the same time. Therefore, considering the integrated planning of resettlement and material transportation of disaster victims, a mathematical model of multi-level emergency material allocation for continuous consumption is established. Based on the objective function of emergency system rescue cost and untimely loss, the optimization model is constructed. Genetic algorithm (GA) and Sequential Linear programming (SLP) algorithm are used to optimize the allocation of materials. An example is constructed to simulate the disaster relief process. The numerical results show that, The GA global optimization combined with SLP local optimization strategy is more effective than the single optimization algorithm in finding the optimal solution. The proposed optimization strategy can provide a feasible scheme for the continuous consumption of emergency materials in multi-level and multi-disaster-stricken areas after a disaster.
