【摘要】：社會(huì)保障價(jià)值理念由從屬到獨(dú)立、從工具理性到價(jià)值理性、從社會(huì)控制到公民權(quán)利、從自發(fā)到自覺的嬗變歷程表明:我國的社會(huì)保障只是在資本主義文明中尋找中國現(xiàn)代化的解困方案,既消解了馬克思主義的意識(shí)形態(tài)視角,又忽略了中國傳統(tǒng)文明精華的現(xiàn)代價(jià)值。公平正義的價(jià)值維度、民生為本的民本思想、政治為主導(dǎo)的權(quán)力架構(gòu)、百善孝為先的家庭倫理、尚儉不尚奢的消費(fèi)理念等,應(yīng)該成為社會(huì)保障價(jià)值理念的中國話語。
[Abstract]:Social security value concept from subordinate to independent, from instrumental rationality to value rationality, from social control to civil rights, The evolution from spontaneous to conscious shows that the social security of our country only seeks the solution to the difficulties of China's modernization in the capitalist civilization, which eliminates the ideological perspective of Marxism. It also ignores the modern value of the essence of Chinese traditional civilization, the value dimension of fairness and justice, the people-oriented thinking based on the people's livelihood, the power structure dominated by politics, the family ethics of filial piety first, and the consumption idea of being thrifty and not extravagant. Should become the social security value concept of Chinese discourse.
