【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書記針對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義作了一系列重要論述,曾引用唐代史學(xué)家吳兢在政論史書《貞觀政要》中的"理國(guó)要道,在于公平正直"來(lái)談?wù)摴秸x的必要性,并把促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義作為核心價(jià)值追求。當(dāng)前維護(hù)和促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平正義的著力點(diǎn)涉及發(fā)展、改革、制度、司法等多個(gè)方面,其中在公共政策領(lǐng)域的公平正義更為關(guān)涉普通民眾的切身利益。而民意調(diào)查在促進(jìn)政策公平方面能發(fā)揮積極作用,進(jìn)而有助于提升整個(gè)社會(huì)的公平正義水平。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on the promotion of social fairness and justice. He has quoted Wu Jing, a historian of the Tang Dynasty, as "the important way of managing the country" in the history book of political criticism on Chastity. To talk about the necessity of fairness and justice, and to promote social equity and justice as the core value pursuit. At present, the focus of safeguarding and promoting social equity and justice involves development, reform, system, justice, and so on. Among them, fairness and justice in the field of public policy concern the vital interests of ordinary people, and public opinion polls can play an active role in promoting policy fairness, and then contribute to raising the level of fairness and justice in the whole society.
