【摘要】：從20世紀(jì)90年代開始,伴隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的建立,學(xué)術(shù)界將單位意識(shí)定性為單位人在單位體制下形成的一種與計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)相匹配,帶有封建性的落后觀念,從“觀念更新”的視角展開了激烈的批判。應(yīng)該承認(rèn),在當(dāng)時(shí)歷史條件下上述批判帶有一定的必要性,但也存在簡(jiǎn)單偏激的問題。單位意識(shí)的構(gòu)成非常復(fù)雜,其中有基于工業(yè)主義而形成的協(xié)作觀念和集體意識(shí);有基于民主革命時(shí)期政治動(dòng)員傳統(tǒng)而形成的服從意識(shí)和參與觀念;有基于傳統(tǒng)家國(guó)思想而形成的以單位為家的歸屬認(rèn)同感;當(dāng)然,也有基于計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)積淀而形成的保守狹隘的平均主義、依賴觀念、保守意識(shí)等,二者雜糅在一起,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單化的分離。故我們不能簡(jiǎn)單地將單位意識(shí)視為是僵化的、封建性的落后觀念,而應(yīng)對(duì)單位意識(shí)的功能及影響展開客觀分析,既不能盲目地對(duì)其頂禮膜拜,也不能簡(jiǎn)單地斥之為負(fù)面的東西,而應(yīng)展開客觀的分析評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, with the establishment of the socialist market economy, the academic circles have characterized the unit consciousness as a backward concept with feudal character, which matches the planned economy and is formed under the unit system. From the perspective of "concept renewal", there is a fierce critique. It should be acknowledged that under the historical conditions at that time, the above criticism has certain necessity, but there are also some simple extreme problems. The composition of unit consciousness is very complicated. Among them are the cooperative and collective consciousness based on industrialism, the consciousness of servitude and participation based on the tradition of political mobilization in the period of democratic revolution, the sense of belonging and identity based on the traditional thought of family and country. Of course, there are also conservative and narrow egalitarianism based on the accumulation of planned economy, relying on ideas, conservative consciousness, and so on, which are mixed together and difficult to achieve a simplistic separation. Therefore, we cannot simply regard unit consciousness as rigid. The backward concept of feudalism should carry out objective analysis of the function and influence of unit consciousness, neither blindly worship it nor simply dismiss it as a negative thing, but carry out objective analysis and evaluation.
