【摘要】：當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)宗教事務(wù)管理面臨的問題很多,但相關(guān)的理論研究或可供參考的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足。本文以眉山市宗教事務(wù)管理實(shí)踐為研究對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)梳理和調(diào)查研究,對(duì)眉山宗教事務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析后,總結(jié)眉山宗教事務(wù)管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,概括了諸如眉山宗教事務(wù)管理思想滯后、宗教事務(wù)管理體系不健全、管理能力較低、管理效果不佳、引導(dǎo)效能不足等問題,提出并充分闡述要加強(qiáng)宗教事務(wù)的科學(xué)管理,就是要堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的宗教事務(wù)管理思想,堅(jiān)持馬克思主義理論,廣泛吸收西方人文社會(huì)科學(xué)理論,以實(shí)事求是為前提,不斷與時(shí)俱進(jìn),在發(fā)展中創(chuàng)新宗教事務(wù)管理理念,以宗教和諧穩(wěn)定為落腳點(diǎn),確保宗教領(lǐng)域和睦和順,不斷推動(dòng)社會(huì)進(jìn)步就是要構(gòu)建科學(xué)的宗教事務(wù)管理體系；就是要提升宗教事務(wù)管理能力,即提高制定管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的能力、落實(shí)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)糾正偏差的能力以及創(chuàng)新管理能力三個(gè)方面的能力；就是要提升涉及宗教的危機(jī)事件管理水平；就是要強(qiáng)化宗教事務(wù)管理的引導(dǎo)效能,強(qiáng)化“軟實(shí)力”和“巧實(shí)力”。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the management of religious affairs in our country, but the relevant theoretical research or practical experience for reference is insufficient. This paper takes the practice of religious affairs management in Meishan City as the research object, combs and investigates through the literature, After analyzing the present situation of the management of the religious affairs in Meishan, the author summarizes the experience and practice of the management of the religious affairs in Meishan, and summarizes such as the lag of the management thought of the religious affairs in Meishan, the imperfect system of the management of the religious affairs, the low management ability and the poor management effect. Some problems, such as insufficient guiding efficiency, are put forward and fully expounded to strengthen the scientific management of religious affairs, that is, to adhere to the scientific management thought of religious affairs, to adhere to Marxist theory, and to extensively absorb the western humanistic and social science theories. Based on the premise of seeking truth from facts, constantly advancing with the times, innovating the management concept of religious affairs in the development, taking religious harmony and stability as the foothold, ensuring harmony and harmony in the religious field, To continuously promote social progress is to build a scientific management system for religious affairs; that is, to enhance the ability of religious affairs management, that is, to improve the ability to formulate management standards. The ability to implement management standards to correct deviations and the ability to innovate in management; that is, to improve the level of crisis management involving religion; and to strengthen the guiding effectiveness of religious affairs management. Strengthen "soft power" and "skillful power".
