【摘要】：當(dāng)前國(guó)家政權(quán)建設(shè)需要在推進(jìn)國(guó)家治理體系與治理能力現(xiàn)代化的過(guò)程中,通過(guò)公共規(guī)則與制度來(lái)規(guī)制國(guó)家行為,實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家與社會(huì)的權(quán)力、利益互賴,從而完成現(xiàn)代國(guó)家的建構(gòu)。在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)探討國(guó)家政權(quán)建設(shè)研究中的國(guó)家主導(dǎo)取向、國(guó)家-社會(huì)關(guān)系取向與制度建構(gòu)取向,以及這一進(jìn)程中的國(guó)家治理結(jié)構(gòu)、治理效能等核心議題,并對(duì)國(guó)家政權(quán)建設(shè)的研究取向、議題與方法做進(jìn)一步思考是十分必要的。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, the current state power construction needs to regulate state behavior through public rules and systems, to realize the power of the state and society, and to rely on each other's interests. In order to complete the construction of modern state. On the basis of combing the relevant documents, this paper focuses on the orientation of state leading, the orientation of state-social relations and the orientation of system construction in the research of state power construction. It is necessary to make further consideration on the research orientation, issues and methods of the construction of state power, as well as the core issues of national governance structure and governance effectiveness in this process.
