【摘要】：新疆地處祖國西北邊陲,其地理位置、文化環(huán)境、社會環(huán)境與內(nèi)地相比有著一定的特殊性。7.5事件之后,新疆地區(qū)安全形勢愈加嚴峻,暴力恐怖活動頻繁、民族關(guān)系緊張,給新疆實現(xiàn)社會穩(wěn)定與長治久安總目標帶來了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,新疆地區(qū)如何處理好宗教問題,如何解決好宗教極端問題,對于地區(qū)的社會穩(wěn)定與長治久安十分重要。于此,新疆地區(qū)基于現(xiàn)狀,高度重視“去極端化”工作,特別對于少數(shù)民族居多的南疆地區(qū),更是去極端化的重點。阿瓦提縣地區(qū)南疆阿克蘇地區(qū),少數(shù)民族居多,宗教信仰濃厚,研究其宗教去極端化對于阿瓦提縣乃至新疆地區(qū)今后去極端化工作都具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。阿瓦提縣文化資源豐富,多浪文化傳承至今,已深深扎根在人民群眾心中。阿瓦提縣在去極端化工作中,充分發(fā)揮傳統(tǒng)文化的感染力,利用豐富多彩的文化活動,將去極端化工作做的有聲有色,對抵制宗教極端思想滲透起到了很好的效果。然而,去極端化并非單項因素決定,是一個系統(tǒng)的、巨大的工程,各地在開展去極端化工作的過程中,要充分結(jié)合當?shù)貙嶋H,充分發(fā)揚當?shù)靥厣?不斷完善宗教相關(guān)法律制度、不斷強化基層組織建設(shè)、不斷促進社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、不斷加強對暴恐施力的打擊程度,從政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等各個方面努力推動去極端化進程,為抵制宗教極端主義滲透不斷施力,為實現(xiàn)新疆地區(qū)社會穩(wěn)定與長治久安的總目標不斷前行。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is located in the northwestern border of the motherland. Its geographical location, cultural environment and social environment have a certain particularity compared with the mainland. After the incident of .7.5, the security situation in Xinjiang has become more and more serious, violent and terrorist activities are frequent, and ethnic relations are tense. It has brought great challenges to the overall goal of achieving social stability and lasting stability in Xinjiang. Therefore, how to deal with religious problems and how to solve religious extreme problems in Xinjiang are very important to the social stability and long-term stability of the region. Based on the current situation, the Xinjiang region attaches great importance to the work of "deextremism", especially for the southern Xinjiang, where ethnic minorities are the majority, and is the focus of the depolarization. In the Aksu area of the southern border of Awati County, the majority of ethnic minorities and strong religious beliefs, It is of great practical significance to study the depolarization of religion in Awati County and even in Xinjiang in the future. Awati County is rich in cultural resources and has been handed down to this day. It has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. In the work of depolarization, Awati County has made full use of the appeal of traditional culture and made full use of rich and colorful cultural activities to make the work of depolarization very impressive. It has played a very good role in resisting the infiltration of religious extremist ideas. However, depolarization is not determined by a single factor, but is a systematic and huge project. In the process of carrying out the work of de-extremism, all localities should fully integrate the local reality. Give full play to the local characteristics, constantly improve the legal system related to religion, constantly strengthen the building of grass-roots organizations, constantly promote social and economic development, and constantly strengthen the degree of attack on violence and terror, from the political and economic perspective, Culture and other aspects strive to promote the process of de-extremism, to resist the infiltration of religious extremism, and to achieve the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
