【摘要】："公共性"是促成當(dāng)代"社會團結(jié)"的重要機制。公共性既是民族互嵌型社區(qū)的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,又是民族互嵌型社區(qū)發(fā)展建設(shè)的根本動力。加強中華民族大團結(jié)、構(gòu)筑各民族共有精神家園、深化中華民族共同體意識是積極構(gòu)建民族互嵌型社區(qū)公共性的內(nèi)在意涵。民族社區(qū)的"互嵌"困境主要表現(xiàn)為互嵌空間的不足、精神互嵌的缺失、原子化個人的行動困境及其所帶來的公共精神闕如。民族互嵌型社區(qū)公共性源于多民族"共在"和"共處"的基本事實。民族互嵌型社區(qū)公共性供給的實踐路徑為需求導(dǎo)向與民族社區(qū)公共空間的營造;理性溝通與民族社區(qū)公共空間的維系;多元參與和民族社區(qū)合作治理的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:"publicity" is an important mechanism to promote the contemporary "social unity". Publicity is not only the essential connotation of the ethnic interembedded community, but also the fundamental motive force for the development and construction of the ethnic interembedded community, so as to strengthen the great unity of the Chinese nation. To build a common spiritual home and deepen the sense of community of the Chinese nation are the inherent meanings of constructing the public character of the ethnic community. The dilemma of "mutual embedding" of the ethnic community is mainly manifested in the deficiency of the space of mutual embedding and the lack of the spirit of the community. The dilemma of action of atomized individuals and the lack of public spirit brought about by it. The basic fact that the commonality of the ethnic interembedded community originates from the "co-existence" and "coexistence" of many nationalities. The practical path of the supply of the commonality of the ethnically embedded Community. For the demand orientation and the national community public space construction; Rational communication and the maintenance of public space of ethnic communities; the realization of pluralistic participation and cooperative governance of ethnic communities.
