【摘要】：西安廣仁慈善功德會(huì)是由支持公益事業(yè)的各界團(tuán)體和信眾自愿組成,在宗教局和民政局備案注冊(cè)登記取得合法資格的非營(yíng)利性的民間慈善組織,接受宗教局和民政局的監(jiān)督管理。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)自2011年成立以來(lái)積極將慈善精神付諸社會(huì)實(shí)踐,規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,影響力也在逐漸擴(kuò)大。其活動(dòng)主要從宣揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)文化、災(zāi)難救濟(jì)、扶貧濟(jì)困、教育、環(huán)保、醫(yī)療等方面展開(kāi)。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)的公益活動(dòng)有利于整合社會(huì)資源和價(jià)值觀念,增強(qiáng)了人們的凝聚力。功德會(huì)的活動(dòng)是對(duì)國(guó)家社會(huì)福利的有益補(bǔ)充,通過(guò)慈善公益活動(dòng)不僅幫助了貧困或者需要資助的人,而且在活動(dòng)過(guò)程中改善了志愿者的價(jià)值觀念。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)通過(guò)公益活動(dòng)勸導(dǎo)和教育信眾自覺(jué)遵守社會(huì)規(guī)范,促進(jìn)個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)。參加廣仁慈善功德會(huì)活動(dòng)的志愿者包括各民族的信眾,大家在幫助別人的同時(shí)也加強(qiáng)了不同民族之間的了解和溝通。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)的活動(dòng)具有宗教性和社會(huì)性的特點(diǎn),組織慈善活動(dòng)時(shí)善于結(jié)合實(shí)際,發(fā)揮自身特長(zhǎng),來(lái)擴(kuò)大影響力和增強(qiáng)組織的社會(huì)公信力。同時(shí)廣仁慈善功德會(huì)還具有反應(yīng)迅速,運(yùn)行成本低,注重心靈慈善的特點(diǎn)。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)在未來(lái)發(fā)展中應(yīng)從自身層面出發(fā),完善多元化的管理制度,擴(kuò)大服務(wù)范圍,淡化宗教色彩,加強(qiáng)公益職能；尋求穩(wěn)定的基金來(lái)源,建立廣泛募集的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,進(jìn)行專業(yè)化、組織化的管理運(yùn)營(yíng)。國(guó)家政策法規(guī)的健全也將為廣仁慈善功德會(huì)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)提供更加完善的保障。廣仁慈善功德會(huì)的成長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展,將會(huì)為中國(guó)宗教公益組織慈善事業(yè)起到一定的推動(dòng)作用。
