【摘要】：亮?xí)駲?quán)力、公示權(quán)力清單是簡政放權(quán),推行政務(wù)公開的有效措施。發(fā)布權(quán)力清單給政府權(quán)力劃定邊界,把權(quán)力關(guān)進(jìn)制度的籠子,不僅在于限制公權(quán)力濫用、遏制腐敗,還在于規(guī)范權(quán)力督責(zé)政府,讓官員盡職盡責(zé),方便問責(zé)監(jiān)督,以提高行政效率,塑造高效廉潔的政府形象和權(quán)力運(yùn)行模式。
[Abstract]:Publicizing power lists is an effective measure to liberalize government power and open government affairs. Issuing power lists to draw boundaries for government powers and putting them in the cages of the system is not only to limit the abuse of public power, but also to curb corruption. It also lies in standardizing the power and responsibility of the government, making officials fulfill their duties, and facilitating the accountability and supervision, so as to improve the administrative efficiency and create an efficient and clean image of the government and the mode of power operation.
