非營利組織政治關(guān)聯(lián)、組織創(chuàng)新與組織績效間的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)組織的績效提升和持續(xù)成長,非營利組織不僅需要制度環(huán)境建設(shè),更需要依靠自身去有效地獲取內(nèi)外部資源;而這往往需要其尋求與掌握大量社會資源配置權(quán)的政府建立政治關(guān)聯(lián)。以往研究大多從企業(yè)角度出發(fā)肯定了政治關(guān)聯(lián)對組織績效的積極影響,然而,在中國轉(zhuǎn)型期的背景下,政治關(guān)聯(lián)在非營利組織發(fā)展中究竟起何作用,其對非營利組織績效的內(nèi)在影響機(jī)理如何,還有待于進(jìn)一步的深入研究。圍繞“政治關(guān)聯(lián)與非營利組織績效間的內(nèi)在機(jī)制”這一基本問題,本研究在融合社會資本理論、資源依賴?yán)碚、高階理論的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試引入組織創(chuàng)新等變量,通過理論推導(dǎo)建立非營利組織政治關(guān)聯(lián)的分析模型和研究假設(shè),并在浙江省11個(gè)設(shè)區(qū)市的非營利組織內(nèi)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集,最終獲得了197份完整有效的問卷回復(fù)。在使用這197份非營利組織數(shù)據(jù)對本研究提出的假設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析后,概念模型得到了調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的支持,6個(gè)假設(shè)中4個(gè)假設(shè)獲得數(shù)據(jù)的支持?傮w上,研究結(jié)論填充了先前的政治關(guān)聯(lián)研究在非營利組織領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的空白,拓展了研究范圍,并對轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)體制背景下非營利組織發(fā)展和政府部門的決策帶來了一定的啟示,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的研究目的。概括起來,本研究得出以下基本結(jié)論,同時(shí)也構(gòu)成了本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn):(1)政治關(guān)聯(lián)在非營利組織發(fā)展過程中起著重要的影響,非營利組織負(fù)責(zé)人的從政經(jīng)歷和政治網(wǎng)絡(luò)對組織績效的影響是不同的:有從政經(jīng)歷的組織負(fù)責(zé)人對組織績效的作用是負(fù)向的;政治網(wǎng)絡(luò)對組織績效的作用是正向的;(2)組織創(chuàng)新在非營利組織政治關(guān)聯(lián)與組織績效關(guān)系中起著中介作用,非營利組織通過政治關(guān)聯(lián)獲取資源,從而帶動自身的創(chuàng)新行為,再進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化為組織的績效,負(fù)責(zé)人的從政經(jīng)歷對組織創(chuàng)新的作用是負(fù)向的,而政治網(wǎng)絡(luò)對組織創(chuàng)新的作用是正向的;(3)政治關(guān)聯(lián)對于組織績效的影響存在直接和間接兩種影響路徑,這兩者組成了非營利組織政治關(guān)聯(lián)對組織績效的內(nèi)在影響機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In order to achieve organizational performance improvement and sustainable growth, non-profit organizations not only need to build the institutional environment, but also need to rely on their own to effectively obtain internal and external resources; This often requires it to establish a political connection with a government that has the right to allocate a large amount of social resources. Most previous studies have affirmed the positive impact of political association on organizational performance from the perspective of enterprises. However, in the context of the transition period in China, What role does political association play in the development of non-profit organizations, and how does it affect the performance of non-profit organizations? This study is based on the integration of social capital theory, resource dependence theory and higher order theory. This paper attempts to introduce organizational innovation and other variables to establish an analytical model and research hypothesis of political relevance of non-profit organizations through theoretical derivation, and collect data in 11 non-profit organizations in Zhejiang Province. Finally, 197 complete and valid questionnaire responses were obtained. After using the 197 NPO data to make an empirical analysis of the hypotheses proposed in this study, The conceptual model is supported by the survey data, and four of the six hypotheses are supported by the data. It also brings some enlightenment to the development of non-profit organizations and the decision-making of government departments under the background of the transitional economic system, and achieves the expected research purpose. In summary, this study draws the following basic conclusions. At the same time, it also constitutes the innovative point of this article: (1) political connections play an important role in the development of non-profit organizations. The political experience of the leaders of non-profit organizations and the influence of the political network on organizational performance are different: the role of the heads of organizations with political experience on organizational performance is negative; The role of political network on organizational performance is positive. Organizational innovation plays an intermediary role in the relationship between political association and organizational performance of non-profit organizations. Further into organizational performance, the responsible person's political experience has a negative impact on organizational innovation. The effect of political network on organizational innovation is positive. (3) there are direct and indirect influence paths of political connection on organizational performance, which constitute the internal influence mechanism of political association of non-profit organization on organizational performance.
