【摘要】：本文將企業(yè)所處的宏觀背景與制度環(huán)境整合,重新審視中國(guó)企業(yè)在面臨政府干預(yù)的情況下如何利用母國(guó)制度優(yōu)勢(shì)去做出國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略決策。與傳統(tǒng)思路分別分析政府干預(yù)和企業(yè)外部制度因素對(duì)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的影響不同,本文基于新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論,考慮中國(guó)區(qū)域?qū)用嬷贫妊莼漠愘|(zhì)性,將制度的地理緯度差異納入分析框架,研究不同地區(qū)之間制度環(huán)境的不平衡發(fā)展對(duì)政府干預(yù)與國(guó)際化關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用,發(fā)現(xiàn)制度環(huán)境的改善會(huì)削弱政府干預(yù)對(duì)企業(yè)對(duì)外直接投資的負(fù)面影響,同時(shí),這種調(diào)節(jié)作用的強(qiáng)度對(duì)于不同類型的企業(yè)、不同地區(qū)和不同行業(yè)均有所不同。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the macro background and institutional environment of the enterprise are integrated. This paper reexamines how Chinese enterprises make international strategic decisions by using their home country's institutional advantages in the face of government intervention, which is different from traditional thinking in analyzing the influence of government intervention and external institutional factors on enterprises' foreign direct investment (FDI). Based on the new institutional economics theory and considering the heterogeneity of institutional evolution at the regional level in China, this paper brings the geographical latitude difference of institution into the analytical framework. This paper studies the adjustment effect of the unbalanced development of the institutional environment between different regions on the relationship between government intervention and internationalization. It is found that the improvement of the institutional environment will weaken the negative impact of government intervention on enterprises' foreign direct investment (OFDI), at the same time, The intensity of this regulation is different for different types of enterprises, different regions and different industries.
