【摘要】：知識(shí)精英是社會(huì)的佼佼者,民眾的代表,有其獨(dú)特的社會(huì)責(zé)任感與使命感。同樣,少數(shù)民族知識(shí)精英在民族社會(huì)中的功能和責(zé)任十分顯著,他們的話語(yǔ)體系呈現(xiàn)出獨(dú)有的內(nèi)容特征和權(quán)力模式。隨著社會(huì)的變遷和發(fā)展,少數(shù)民族知識(shí)精英話語(yǔ)體系出現(xiàn)政治的敏感、文化的"俯視"和知識(shí)的"異化"等困境,致其疏離其社會(huì)責(zé)任感和使命。少數(shù)民族知識(shí)精英應(yīng)在民族社會(huì)的民眾生活、經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展、教育和制度建設(shè)中重新發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的功能,負(fù)起神圣的社會(huì)責(zé)任。
[Abstract]:Meritocracy is a community leader, the people's representative, has its unique sense of social responsibility and mission. Also, minority elites in a national society function and responsibility is significant, their discourse system presents the content characteristic and unique mode of power. With the changes and development of the society, politics of ethnic minorities the intellectual elite discourse of the sensitive, overlooking the culture and knowledge of the "alienation" dilemma, caused the alienation of social responsibility and mission. The minority elites should be in a national society of people's lives, economic and cultural development, to play its function of education and system construction, assume the divine society responsibility.
