【摘要】：我國有著諸多的少數(shù)民族,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和國家的日益強盛,民族關(guān)系的重要性日益凸顯,對于社會穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著重大的影響。民族關(guān)系與社會穩(wěn)定密切相關(guān),新疆是一個少數(shù)民族聚居的地區(qū),特別是烏魯木齊市民族數(shù)量多,成份復(fù)雜,民族團結(jié)顯得尤為重要。作為新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)的首府城市,其民族關(guān)系對于整個新疆地區(qū)有著標桿作用,直接決定著全疆的民族關(guān)系模式,甚至影響著全國的民族團結(jié)大局。城市的基礎(chǔ)單元是社區(qū),社區(qū)的功能對于整個城市的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)非常重要,它具有其它管理部門所難以發(fā)揮的作用。隨著城市的發(fā)展,多民族社區(qū)變得越來越普遍,城市的民族關(guān)系在這里得到最充分的體現(xiàn),也是烏魯木齊市民族矛盾的多發(fā)地。對烏魯木齊市多民族社區(qū)的民族關(guān)系展開研究,是一件意義重大的工作。能夠促進該市的民族關(guān)系向和諧化發(fā)展,維護當?shù)氐纳鐣�(wěn)定。本文以相關(guān)的民族理論作為基礎(chǔ),將民族關(guān)系、社會學和社區(qū)功能三者結(jié)合起來,對城市當中的多民族社區(qū)的民族關(guān)系進行研究,并根據(jù)烏魯木齊市區(qū)的實際情況給出了筆者的建議,促進和諧民族關(guān)系建設(shè)。同時,豐富社區(qū)民族工作和民族關(guān)系理論。以烏魯木齊市多民族社區(qū)作為觀察點,尤其是從城市的微觀層面來分析各族群眾之間的交往情況,能夠拓展相關(guān)研究的深度和廣度。筆者在撰寫本文時,借鑒了學術(shù)界已經(jīng)取得的研究成果,并選擇了烏魯木齊市的一個社區(qū)作為研究對象,即固原巷社區(qū),對當下烏魯木齊市的社區(qū)民族關(guān)系進行分析、論證,并提出幾點對策及建議。如下:第一部分:主要介紹本研究領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,本論文所要解決的問題,本研究的使用價值與理論意義,相關(guān)概念界定以及本文的研究方法與相關(guān)理論。第二部分:首先從地理空間結(jié)構(gòu)、人口結(jié)構(gòu)和居住格局三個方面,介紹了烏魯木齊市固原巷社區(qū)的基本情況。并對烏魯木齊市固原巷社區(qū)民族關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查,從固原巷社區(qū)民族關(guān)系整體狀況、固原巷社區(qū)民族關(guān)系存在的新問題和新挑戰(zhàn)、社區(qū)對促進民族關(guān)系的主要做法三個方面進行了分析。第三部分:通過調(diào)研獲取的資料,對影響烏魯木齊市固原巷社區(qū)民族關(guān)系主要因素進行闡述,從文化、人口、教育、偶發(fā)性因素幾個方面展開剖析。第四部分:對影響固原巷社區(qū)民族關(guān)系的因素展開分析,找出其中較為突出的問題,并提出筆者自己的對策建議。
[Abstract]:There are many ethnic minorities in our country, with the rapid development of our economy and the growing prosperity of the country, the importance of ethnic relations is becoming increasingly prominent. It has a great influence on social stability and economic development. Ethnic relations are closely related to social stability. Xinjiang is a region inhabited by ethnic minorities, especially Urumqi has a large number of ethnic groups and complex components. As the capital city of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, its ethnic relations have a benchmarking role for the entire Xinjiang region, which directly determines the mode of ethnic relations in Xinjiang. The basic unit of the city is the community, and the function of the community is very important to the relationship structure of the whole city. With the development of the city, the multi-ethnic community becomes more and more common, and the ethnic relationship of the city is fully reflected here. Urumqi is also the place where ethnic contradictions occur. It is of great significance to study the ethnic relations of the multi-ethnic communities in Urumqi. It can promote the harmonious development of the ethnic relations in Urumqi. To maintain local social stability. Based on the relevant national theory, this paper combines ethnic relations, sociology and community functions to study the ethnic relations of the multi-ethnic communities in the city. According to the actual situation of Urumqi urban area, the author gives some suggestions to promote the construction of harmonious national relations. At the same time, it enriches the theory of community work and ethnic relations, and takes the multi-ethnic community of Urumqi as the observation point. Especially from the micro level of the city to analyze the communication between the people of all ethnic groups, can expand the depth and breadth of relevant research. And select a community in Urumqi as the research object, that is, Guyuan lane community, to the current Urumqi community ethnic relations analysis, demonstration. And put forward a few countermeasures and suggestions. The first part: mainly introduces the domestic and foreign situation of this research field, the problems to be solved in this paper, the use value and theoretical significance of this study. The second part: firstly, from three aspects: geographical spatial structure, population structure and living pattern. This paper introduces the basic situation of Guyuan lane community in Urumqi city, and investigates the present situation of ethnic relations in Guyuan lane community in Urumqi city, and from the overall situation of the ethnic relationship in Guyuan lane community in Urumqi city. Guyuan lane community ethnic relations of new problems and new challenges, the community to promote ethnic relations in three aspects of the main analysis. This paper expounds the main factors affecting the ethnic relations of Guyuan Xiang community in Urumqi, from the aspects of culture, population and education. Part 4th analyzes the factors that affect the ethnic relations of Guyuan lane community, finds out the more prominent problems, and puts forward my own countermeasures and suggestions.
