【摘要】：國家治理,始終是國家締造權(quán)威、維護形象及創(chuàng)造競爭力的重要途徑。在現(xiàn)實中,各種直接或潛在的因素都可能對國家治理造成影響與挑戰(zhàn),并最終威脅到國家的生存及發(fā)展�？鐕鲃有磐�,作為新時空中的一種新的社會現(xiàn)象和發(fā)展事實,其所制造出的驚恐、動蕩、暴力等,不僅沖擊了社會集體心理,破壞了社會結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定,而且業(yè)已對當前中國國家治理構(gòu)成了一定的影響與挑戰(zhàn)。為此,中國有必要繼續(xù)對跨國流動信徒的狂熱、理想及行為的理念保持懷疑,也有必要對影響國家安全的行動予以科學(xué)而周全的應(yīng)對。同時,中國更需要充分展示其有能力賦予國家治理更多的自我提升空間,在突發(fā)危機出現(xiàn)時采取強制戰(zhàn)略,以遏制跨國流動造成的影響與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:National governance is always an important way to create national authority, maintain image and create competitiveness. In reality, all kinds of direct or potential factors may affect and challenge national governance. And finally threaten the survival and development of the country. Transnational floating believers as a new social phenomenon and development facts in the new time and space it creates panic turbulence violence and so on. It has not only impacted the social collective psychology and destroyed the stability of social structure, but also has already formed certain influence and challenge to the current Chinese national governance. Therefore, it is necessary for China to continue its enthusiasm for transnational floating believers. There is also a need for scientific and thorough responses to actions that affect national security, as well as the need for China to fully demonstrate its ability to give governance more room for self-improvement. Coercive strategies should be adopted to curb the impact and challenges of transnational flows in the event of sudden crises.
