【摘要】：社會組織不僅是一支推動經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要社會力量,也是社會治理的重要主體和依托,其重要性日益顯著�；诮巧碚摰姆治隹蚣�,以M組織在廣西扶貧中的主要行動為例可以發(fā)現(xiàn),社會組織在推進社會治理現(xiàn)代化中扮演了資源提供者、利益協(xié)調(diào)者、創(chuàng)新治理模式的支持者、觀念倡導(dǎo)者等角色,并發(fā)揮了如下具體作用:參與社會治理,促進主體多元;溝通各個階層,緩和社會沖突;鼓勵群眾自治,推動民主治理;倡導(dǎo)先進理念,加速社會轉(zhuǎn)型。在社會治理現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展進程中,應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮社會組織的作用,以有效推動社會問題的解決。
[Abstract]:Social organization is not only an important social force to promote economic and social development, but also an important subject and support of social governance, and its importance is becoming more and more significant. Based on the theory analysis framework of role, to the M group of leading action in Guangxi poverty alleviation for example can be found in social organizations in promoting social governance modernization has played a role of resource providers, benefits coordinator, innovative governance model, the concept of advocates and supporters, played a specific role as follows: participation in social governance, promote diversification; all levels of communication, to ease social conflicts; encourage the autonomy of the masses, to promote democratic governance; advocating the advanced idea, accelerate social transformation. In the process of the modernization of social governance, we should give full play to the role of the social organization in order to effectively promote the solution of social problems.
