    　　根據(jù)構(gòu)成群體的原則和方式的不同而劃分的群體種類。正式群體指有一定的規(guī)章制度，有既定的目標，有固定的編制和群體規(guī)范，成員占據(jù)特定的地位并扮演一定的角色的群體。如工廠中的車間、班組，軍隊中的班、排，學(xué)校中的班級、教研室等。非正式群體指以個人好惡興趣等為基礎(chǔ)自發(fā)形成，無固定目標，無成員間的地位及角色關(guān)系的群體。如趣味相投的朋友、街道或同院的伙伴等等，都屬于非正式群體。非正式群體也有一定相互關(guān)系的結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)范，但是往往沒有明文規(guī)定，群體成員中會自然涌現(xiàn)出首領(lǐng)，群體成員的行為受群體中自然形成的規(guī)范所調(diào)節(jié)。
