【摘要】：用應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)理念,衡量目前使用的《管理學(xué)原理》教材,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在以下一些主要問題:案例選擇和實訓(xùn)項目設(shè)計欠缺,管理基本技能的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)較難實現(xiàn),教材的難易梯度不明,管理學(xué)教材自身邏輯體系比較難把握,教材制定缺少消費者市場分析,更新內(nèi)容少、內(nèi)容枯燥無吸引力等,根據(jù)學(xué)科發(fā)展趨勢與現(xiàn)實要求,提出了:在管理基本技能培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)中,以應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的需要為指導(dǎo),致力于提高學(xué)生實際技能的訓(xùn)練;增強(qiáng)教材原理敘述主線的簡潔性與嚴(yán)密性;增強(qiáng)教材的可讀性、實用性和配套教材的建設(shè)等方面的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of cultivating applied talents, this paper measures the teaching materials of "principles of Management" used at present, and finds that there are the following main problems: the lack of case selection and training project design, the difficulty of realizing the training goal of basic management skills, the uncertainty of the gradient of teaching materials, the difficulty of grasping the logical system of management textbooks themselves, the lack of consumer market analysis in the formulation of teaching materials, the lack of updated contents, and the boring and unattractive contents, etc. According to the development trend and practical requirements of the subject, this paper puts forward that in the goal of training basic skills of management, we should devote ourselves to improving the training of students' practical skills under the guidance of the needs of the training goal of applied talents; To enhance the simplicity and strictness of the main line of narration of the principle of teaching materials, and to enhance the readability, practicability and construction of supporting teaching materials.
