【摘要】：如同體育比賽一樣,在市場(chǎng)大舞臺(tái)上角逐的各類(lèi)市場(chǎng)主體,倘若缺乏一支精通業(yè)務(wù)、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法的裁判員隊(duì)伍——市場(chǎng)中介組織,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就會(huì)無(wú)序.由此可見(jiàn),中介組織的涌現(xiàn),是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然要求.現(xiàn)在,我國(guó)的市場(chǎng)中介組織發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、人員素質(zhì)怎樣?以及如何進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮它們的作用?本刊記者特請(qǐng)最高人民檢察院反貪廳助理檢察員陳波、社科院法學(xué)所副研究員莫紀(jì)宏、國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)委法規(guī)司法學(xué)博士鄭楊、北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)人民法院副院長(zhǎng)楊承啟四同志,向我們的讀者談?wù)勊麄兊目捶?
[Abstract]:Like sports competition, competition will be disordered if there is a lack of a team of referees who are proficient in business and strictly enforce the law, that is, market intermediary organization, which competes on the market stage. Thus, the emergence of intermediary organizations is the inevitable requirement of the development of market economy. Now, our country's market intermediary organization development condition, the personnel quality how? And how can they be further developed?
