【摘要】：正 前不久,我到十幾個(gè)縣、市檔案局調(diào)查研究時(shí),對(duì)這些局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子情況作了一些調(diào)查。調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn),在當(dāng)前改革開放的新形勢下,在思想上“創(chuàng)先”、服務(wù)上“創(chuàng)優(yōu)”、工作上“創(chuàng)新”、經(jīng)濟(jì)上“創(chuàng)收”的要求下,有的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子由于成員之間思想認(rèn)識(shí)水平和觀察處理問題的角度存在差異,造成內(nèi)部人際關(guān)系的不協(xié)調(diào),影響了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員的團(tuán)結(jié)共事,少數(shù)甚至互相牽制,互相抵消,使工作無法邁出新步子。我們的工作要上新臺(tái)階,當(dāng)前首要的是要認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)鄧小平同志的南巡談話和黨的十四大精神,抓住這千載難逢的機(jī)遇,大膽“闖”,大膽“干”,闖出新“名堂”,干出新成績。這就要求我們領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子內(nèi)部形成互相協(xié)調(diào)的人際關(guān)系。而要如此,最根本的一條,就是必須
