家長(zhǎng)式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與組織公正感的關(guān)系

【摘要】:以428名企事業(yè)單位員工為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用問卷法,探討了家長(zhǎng)式領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與組織公正感的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明:(1)仁慈領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織公正感各維度有顯著的積極影響;德行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)組織公正感各維度有顯著的積極影響;權(quán)威領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)公正有顯著的消極影響;(2)在分配公正、程序公正上,德行與權(quán)威領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有顯著負(fù)交互效應(yīng);在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)公正、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解釋上,仁慈與權(quán)威領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有顯著負(fù)交互效應(yīng)。最后,對(duì)研究的理論和實(shí)踐意義作了探討,并提出了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Based on 428 employees of enterprises and institutions, the relationship between paternalistic leadership and sense of organizational justice is discussed by questionnaire. The results show that: (1) benevolent leadership has a significant positive effect on each dimension of organizational justice; Moral leadership has a significant positive impact on the sense of organizational justice; authoritative leadership has a significant negative impact on leadership justice; (2) in distribution justice, procedural justice, moral conduct and authority leadership have a significant negative interaction effect; in leadership justice, In the interpretation of leadership, there is a negative interaction between benevolence and authoritative leadership. Finally, the theoretical and practical significance of the study is discussed, and the future research direction is proposed.
