【摘要】：闡述IT咨詢的現(xiàn)狀,分析在IT咨詢公司特有的組織結(jié)構(gòu)下組織內(nèi)知識共享的必要性,提出知識價值的概念,建立組織內(nèi)知識價值最大化模型,并對模型進行分析。分析結(jié)論表明,組織內(nèi)的知識價值總量是各個部門的知識價值的加權(quán)平均值,在考慮各部門知識價值最大化的同時也要考慮成本的投入。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the present situation of IT consulting, analyzes on the necessity of knowledge sharing within an organization under the unique organizational structure of IT consulting company, puts forward the concept of knowledge value, establishes a model of maximizing knowledge value within an organization, and analyzes the model. The conclusion shows that the total amount of knowledge value in the organization is the weighted average of the knowledge value of each department, and the input of cost should be considered as well as the maximization of the knowledge value of each department.
