【摘要】：正 調研信息部門是各級銀行的綜合部門之一,是貫徹執(zhí)行金融方針政策的傳道反饋中樞,是行長指揮和協(xié)調工作的參謀助手。調研信息工作也是一門科學,有其內在的規(guī)律性和科學性,要真正作出成效,必須認真處理好以下六個關系: (一)務虛與務實的關系。對調查研究,人們普遍認為是務虛的彈性工作,是純理論研究。說明脫離實際的調查研究(或曰研究而研究)給人們造成的習慣印象�？茖W的調研工作,其特點應是理論與實踐相結合,在理論和政策指導下以務實為主。理由很明了: 1.是由研究對象決定的。黨中央、國務院一級的研究中心,其工作重心是為宏觀決策服務的;省、總行一級研究部門才接近中觀,而地、市分行級重在微觀研究。 2.調研部門的職能(或曰使命)決定了,必須為各級領導決策提供可以選擇的、實際可操作的方案。 3.受研究者地位、閱歷、水平所限,難以掌握全局性的情況和全面的信息資料。簡而言之,存在決定意識。我們必須把調
