【摘要】：“堅(jiān)持兩手抓，兩手都要硬”是建設(shè)有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的戰(zhàn)略方針。然而，近些年來(lái)“一手硬，一手軟”的問(wèn)題始終沒(méi)有解決，精神文明建設(shè)被看作“虛指標(biāo)”、“軟任務(wù)”，，往往是“說(shuō)起來(lái)重要，抓起來(lái)次要，忙起來(lái)不要”。造成這種狀況的原因固然很多，但關(guān)鍵是我國(guó)的精神文...
[Abstract]:The strategic principle of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is to stick to both hands and to be firm in both hands. However, in recent years, the problem of "hard hands and soft hands" has never been solved. The construction of spiritual civilization is regarded as a "false index" and "soft task", which is often "important to say, second to grasp, not busy." There are many reasons for this situation, but the key is the spirit of our country.
