【摘要】：科學的管理必須在管理中堅持辯證法。管理有正效應(yīng)和負效應(yīng) ,充分發(fā)揮管理的正效應(yīng) ,必須正確處理目的與手段 ,全局與局部、立制與執(zhí)行、繼承與創(chuàng)新、原則性與靈活性、精確與模糊、集體領(lǐng)導與個人負責等關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Scientific management must adhere to dialectics in management. Management has positive effect and negative effect. To give full play to the positive effect of management, we must correctly deal with the purpose and means, the overall situation and part, the establishment and implementation, inheritance and innovation, principle and flexibility, accuracy and ambiguity, Collective leadership and individual responsibility and other relationships.
