【摘要】：將業(yè)務(wù)流程與知識(shí)管理整合起來是流程導(dǎo)向知識(shí)管理的主要目的,為了將知識(shí)融入業(yè)務(wù)流程中的價(jià)值增值活動(dòng),需要建立面向流程的知識(shí)管理目標(biāo)、知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)、知識(shí)管理組織架構(gòu),并加強(qiáng)面向流程的知識(shí)管理審計(jì)。通過對(duì)流程導(dǎo)向、流程知識(shí)以及流程與知識(shí)管理流程關(guān)系的分析,探討了流程導(dǎo)向知識(shí)管理的策略。
[Abstract]:The integration of business process and knowledge management is the main purpose of process-oriented knowledge management. In order to integrate knowledge into value added activities in business process, it is necessary to establish a process-oriented knowledge management target, knowledge management system. Knowledge management organization structure and strengthen process oriented knowledge management audit. Based on the analysis of process orientation, process knowledge and the relationship between process and knowledge management process, the strategy of process oriented knowledge management is discussed.
