【摘要】：通過對中國管理學(xué)學(xué)科取得的成績與存在問題的分析,管理經(jīng)典著作中基本概念、理論的介紹,管理大師們成長經(jīng)歷的分析,進一步探討了中國管理學(xué)學(xué)科發(fā)展路徑選擇的問題。并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出,要進一步加深對管理學(xué)經(jīng)典理論的學(xué)習(xí),辨析管理活動的特征與科學(xué)性自我的特色;積極參與管理實踐活動的,并通過認真學(xué)習(xí)與深入實踐把握管理活動的學(xué)科特性是當今中國管理學(xué)界重要的選擇和任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the achievements and problems in the management discipline of China, the basic concepts, the introduction of theory, the analysis of the growth experience of the management masters in the classical works of management, This paper further discusses the choice of the development path of management science in China. On this basis, it is proposed that we should further deepen the study of the classical theory of management, distinguish the characteristics of management activities and the characteristics of scientific self, and actively participate in the practice of management, It is an important choice and task for Chinese management circles to study and practice the discipline characteristics of management activities.
