【摘要】：技術(shù)變化決定了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的變化,同樣會(huì)帶來管理要素作用的變化。管理要素作用的變化和特征對(duì)技術(shù)變化有路徑依賴性,機(jī)會(huì)成本的泛化和要素配置權(quán)力的轉(zhuǎn)變等要素作用變遷的特征,一方面突出強(qiáng)調(diào)了現(xiàn)代技術(shù)和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下管理要素的重要性;另一方面又預(yù)示了現(xiàn)代管理發(fā)展的方向。在新的管理思想指導(dǎo)下,以充分的信息為基礎(chǔ),戰(zhàn)略化、人性化、柔性化處理和配置用途愈加多樣化的經(jīng)濟(jì)資源,將是現(xiàn)代管理的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The change of technology determines the change of social and economic development, and it will also bring about the change of the function of management elements. The changes and characteristics of the function of the management elements have path dependence on the technological change, the generalization of the opportunity cost and the transformation of the power of the allocation of the elements, and so on. On the one hand, it emphasizes the importance of management elements under the condition of modern technology and knowledge economy; on the other hand, it indicates the direction of the development of modern management. Under the guidance of the new management thought, the core content of modern management will be based on sufficient information, strategic, humanized, flexible handling and allocation of economic resources with more diversified uses.
