【摘要】：辦公室的首要責(zé)任就是為決策機(jī)關(guān)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在正確決策并有效執(zhí)行方面提供參謀服務(wù)。特別是油田單位,如何在低油價(jià)下實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)既定目標(biāo),油田各級黨委和行政決策的責(zé)任必然越來越重,這就要求我們辦公室系統(tǒng)要更加自覺地圍繞原油生產(chǎn)這個(gè)中心,盡職盡責(zé),給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)當(dāng)好參謀。
[Abstract]:The primary responsibility of the Office is to provide advisory services to policy-making organs and leaders in the proper and effective implementation of decisions. In particular, for oil field units, how to achieve the set goals under low oil prices, the responsibilities of party committees and administrative decisions at all levels of the oil field will inevitably become increasingly heavy. This requires our office system to focus more consciously on the center of crude oil production. Do your duty and serve as a good adviser to the leader.
