【摘要】：隨著我國建筑市場的不斷發(fā)展和完善,對設(shè)計企業(yè)服務(wù)的要求越來越高,高效的會議管理對于提升設(shè)計企業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和效率具有重要作用。本文在分析設(shè)計企業(yè)會議管理特點(diǎn)和存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,提出會議管理的改進(jìn)要求。為促進(jìn)改進(jìn)要求的執(zhí)行,對會議管理系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行設(shè)計,有效提高會議管理工作的效率和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the development and perfection of the construction market in our country, the requirement of design enterprise service is becoming higher and higher. Efficient conference management plays an important role in improving the service quality and efficiency of the design enterprise. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of conference management in the design enterprise, this paper puts forward the improvement requirements of conference management. In order to promote the implementation of the improvement requirements, the function of the conference management system is designed to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the conference management work.
