【摘要】：正現(xiàn)在基層文字工作隊(duì)伍普遍存在人手緊缺,缺乏輪崗交流和上下級(jí)深入溝通等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)注意吐故納新、能進(jìn)能出,加強(qiáng)交流、上下互動(dòng),強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)、學(xué)用相長(zhǎng)。工作八年來(lái),我先后在鎮(zhèn)黨政辦、區(qū)級(jí)國(guó)稅機(jī)關(guān)和省委宣傳部從事文字工作。這些寶貴的經(jīng)歷,使我對(duì)基層文字工作隊(duì)伍的情況有了較為全面的了解。一是隊(duì)伍較為穩(wěn)定但人手緊缺。從我接觸到的部門(mén)或單位看,從事文字工作的骨干力
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems such as shortage of manpower, lack of rotation communication and deep communication between superiors and subordinates. Attention should be paid to giving up old ideas, being able to come in and out, strengthening exchanges, interacting up and down, strengthening training, and learning and using each other for a long time. Over the past eight years, I have been working in the town party and government offices, district-level state tax organs and provincial party committee propaganda department engaged in writing work.
