【摘要】：在近代以來的組織發(fā)展史背后,包含著一條關于組織活動思路的線索,這條線索展現(xiàn)給我們的是組織活動從確定性思維向不確定思維的轉變。常規(guī)組織在承擔任務和解決問題時,所采用的是確定性思路,這對于處理那些常規(guī)性問題是有著無比優(yōu)勢的。任務型組織在承擔任務的過程中,所需要的是一種不確定性思路,這是它所承擔的不確定性任務所決定的。在新世紀開始的時候,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),人類社會的復雜性和不確定性迅速增長,非常規(guī)性的、不確定性的問題越來越多,這也要求組織活動需要建立起不確定性思路,以應對新的歷史條件下的社會需求。
[Abstract]:Behind the history of organizational development in modern times, there is a clue about the thinking of organizational activity, which shows us the transition from deterministic thinking to uncertain thinking.When taking on tasks and solving problems, conventional organizations adopt deterministic thinking, which has great advantages in dealing with those conventional problems.In the process of undertaking tasks, task-based organizations need a kind of uncertain thinking, which is determined by the uncertain tasks they undertake.At the beginning of the new century, we find that the complexity and uncertainty of human society is growing rapidly, and that there are more and more unconventional and uncertain problems.In order to cope with the new historical conditions under the social needs.
