【摘要】：正文者,貫道之器也。機(jī)關(guān)文稿起草是一門綜合性的學(xué)問。就工作而言,事關(guān)以文輔政作用的發(fā)揮,不單單是承載政令的傳聲筒;就個人而言,是一個人思想深度和認(rèn)知高度的綜合體現(xiàn),不單單是遣詞造句做文章�？梢哉f,機(jī)關(guān)文稿起草必須行之有"道"。精心謀篇布局是首要大義。"道雖彌,不行不至;事雖小,不為不成。"機(jī)關(guān)文稿起草的關(guān)鍵在于周密策劃、精心構(gòu)思。這既要有全局眼光,又要有具體思路;既要深思熟慮,又要深謀遠(yuǎn)慮。
