【摘要】：為順應歷史演化、時代變遷和社會發(fā)展 ,管理者需要構建一種全新的系統(tǒng)理念。這種理念主要包括 :1.開放性思維方式。管理者既應有效保持管理系統(tǒng)與環(huán)境的相互聯(lián)系、相互交流和相互協(xié)調 ,將環(huán)境中新生的、有價值的、實用的知識與信息及時輸入自己的思維空間 ,使思維活動始終具有流暢性、有序性和適時性 ;又須有效保持管理系統(tǒng)內部各子系統(tǒng)間的相互聯(lián)系、相互溝通和相互作用。 2 .非線性思維方式。管理者要將與其管理系統(tǒng)相關的動態(tài)知識與信息進行多種多樣的組合 ,形成向四面八方輻射的思維張力 ,從而構造并繁衍出多種可行性設想與方案 ,使自己的思維更為深刻全面 ,更為符合極其復雜的管理活動。 3.非平衡性思維方式。管理
